• 6 oz Tennessee Shine Co. Coconut Rum

• 2 cups Coconut Milk

• 2 oz Mint Simple Syrup

• Juice of 2 limes

• 2-4 cups of ice (depends on how thick you want the beverage)

• Mint Leaves

• Toasted Coconut Flakes

STEP ONE: Add the TN Shine Co. Coconut Rum, coconut milk, mint syrup, juice of limes and ice to blender


SET TWO: Blend until smooth


STEP THREE: Use coconut milk to wet the rim of your glass and dip into toasted coconut flakes
